Jimi Hendrix died and Burdon broke often down on stage. Then he left the band and recorded the album. The Song "Have Mercy Judge" is a cover ofChuck Berry . "Steamroller" and "The Time Has Come" were only sung by Witherspoon. "Home Dream" was only sung by Burdon and was recorded with War the time before they broke up because it wasn't released on an album. "Soledad" was the single.With backing band "Tovarish" they started a tour. "Goin' Down Slow" was recorded live at the prison "
