Foster Spinning Co. is a historic textile mill on Cove Street in Fall River, Massachusetts.

The mill was built in 1916 from red brick and had a capacity of 13,312 spindles. [ [http://www.sailsinc.org/durfee/phillips2-14.pdf Phillips History of Fall River] ] It was the last new mill built in Fall River.

The site was added to the National Historic Register in 1983.
