Ken Lewenza, Jr.

Ken Lewenza, Jr. (b. 1971 in Windsor, Ontario, Canada) is a city councilor in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, representing the city's Ward 4 in east Windsor. He was first elected in 2003, and reelected in 2006.

Lewenza had been a Chrysler Canada employee for 12 years and is currently a Workplace Trainer in a joint program of the Canadian Auto Workers Union and Chrysler, LLC. Councilor Lewenza is also Chairperson of the CAW Education Committee and a member of the Executive Board, CAW Local 444. He has taught a Labour Studies Certificate program, a joint program of the Canadian Auto Workers Union and McMaster University. Lewenza is the publisher of an alternative newspaper called The Scoop (circulation 20,000 per month) and is involved in many social justice issues in the community. He also volunteers with Big Brothers of Windsor and Essex County, and the United Way of Windsor-Essex County.

Lewenza's father, Ken Lewenza, Sr., is the National President of the Canadian Auto Workers, having been acclaimed at the national convention on September 6, 2008. He was previously the president of CAW Local 444 in Windsor, Ontario.
