Raw Spirit Festival, Inc. is a 501c3 non-profit educational, inspirational corporation focused on promoting healthy living, eco-sustainable solutions and peace as a comprehensive educative strategy for meeting today’s global challenges. Raw Spirit Festival is the world’s largest healthy living, organic raw vegan festival, and is the leader in the raw food movement. In 2007 the festival grew by 1000% from 250 participants in 2006 to 2500 participants in 2007. 5000 projected for the 4th annual celebration at The Radisson Resort in Sedona, Arizona on September 12th - 14th, 2008. Soon to outgrow its Sedona venue, Raw Spirit Festival has plans for 2 to 3 festivals in 2009 with aims to expand into international venues in 2010.

Raw Spirit was founded by Happy Oasis who is the President, CEO and CVO (Chief Visionary Officer). Oasis is the author of Uncivilized Ecstasies and Bliss Conscious Communication, the principles of which she has incorporated into the festival. Happy Oasis speaks frequently as festivals, potlucks and a variety of venues, and lives at the festival headquarters in The Granite Dells of Prescott Arizona.

During the Raw Spirit Festival, raw food demos and tastings by leading authored chefs and educational sessions take place outside on the golf course and simultaneously inside the resort's convention center where the festival offers CEUS/CMEs (continuing educational units) for designated health care professionals, including homeopaths. The golf course features views of Sedona's famous Red Rocks, rolling lawns and five ponds with a creek running adjacent to the Radisson Poco Diablo resort venue. 250 educational sponsor and vendor booths are situated between five ponds al fresco on the golf course near several stages where cutting-edge speakers and world-class music feature.

Attendees learn and experience some of the many benefits of the organic raw vegan-eco-peace lifestyle such as enhanced energy, mental clarity, vitality, joy, weight loss, serenity, athletic performance and spiritual connection. Some participants also learn how to heal themselves naturally from diabetes, prescription addictions, excessive weight, heart diseases, depression, anxiety, and exhaustion meanwhile meeting a multitude of others who have overcome these diseases.

An eclectic array of eco-sustainable, peace-conscious contributors and creativity-enhancers prevail in the art garden, interactive music-dancing-poetry-theatre stage, sacred exercise area featuring eclectic exercises, meditation circle, interactive workshop discovery dome, leadership sharing circle, creative children's program, speed dating game, guided plant hikes, nature trails, and five minute pause for peace each hour

At the Raw Spirit Festival, opportunity for inspirational and educational exchange takes place in a fun-loving, wholesome environment which is meat-free, alcohol-free, smoke-free and drug-free. Once one adopts a raw vegan diet prescription medications also become obsolete so discouraged, if safely possible.

A dynamic 3-day program runs from dawn to late night featuring interactive workshops and keynote presentations by well-loved celebrities and renowned researchers who also include respected doctors, authors and inspiring spiritual teachers.
