Roger Nolan

Roger Nolan is a former sergeant of the Baltimore Police Department's Homicide Unit. He is notable for appearing alongside Terry McLarney and Jay Landsman as a Homicide Sergeant under the command of Lieutenant Gary D'Addario whose Homicide unit was featured in David Simon's book.
