Fall River, Massachusetts . The area is located just east of theDowntown Fall River Historic District and directly south of theHighlands Historic District .The district contains over 100 structures and about 212 acres. It was added to the
National Register of Historic Places in 1984.History
Most of the buildings within the Lower Highlands Historic District were constructed between 1810 and 1930, representing a wide range of styles from late Federal period to
