Tippy Larkin was a boxer from New Jersey who appeared on the cover of "The Ring" magazine in 1944 on July. From 1935 to 1946 Tippy Larkin's record was 114-9.

Larkin fought Al Bummy Davis in Madison Square Garden where he lost by KO.

Larkin also fought Henry Armstrong where he also lost by KO at the Civic Auditorium.

Larkin beat William Joyce for the World Jr. Welterweight Title by points at the historical Boston Garden.

Larkin defend the World Jr. Welterweight Title five time before losing the title to Charley Fusari.

Tippy also defeated the great Billy Graham (boxer) at Madison Square Garden.
