A nonprofit educational organization founded in 1999 for prehealth and health professional students in the US and Canada [Coastal Research Group (http://www.coastalresearch.org)] .

This volunteer organization has published four books ("Medical School Admissions Guide", "Pharmacy School Admissions Guide", "MCAT Pearls", and "Caribbean Medical School Primer") [Amazon.com (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_gw?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=student+doctor+network)] , a CD-ROM [SDN Website] , and features a website for this community.

The Student Doctor Network (SDN) has over 100 volunteers, and over 30,000 active members. The SDN web site receives over 2 million unique visits and 12 million page views monthly [SDN Website] .
