Alien Empera

is the supervillain of Ultraman Mebius. He is the master of Mephilas, Glozam, Deathrem and Yapool. Empera Seijin appeared in Episodes 47-50. He is believed to be one of the ultramen's most powerful foes. Empera Seijin has only appeared in Ultraman Mebius.

Stats

His height is around 56 Meters tall. He weighs around 49,000 tons.

Powers and abilities

Dark Beam Empera Seijin can fire an incredibly powerful dark beam from his hands. They can kill kaiju like Mephilas and Ultraman Mebius in a single strike.

Energy Shock wave Empera Seijin can blast a deadly shock wave from his right hand. This attack can kill monsters like Zamshaaa and Ultraman Hikari within a few strikes. It is also his most commonly used skill.

Dagger Empera Seijin wields a dagger that he used to spar with Ultra Father. The dagger is very powerful.

Darkness Empera Seijin is able to engulf the earth in darkness by covering the sun in rock. However, the rock cating can be destroyed by attacks like from the Specium missile rays.

Beam Defense- Hand Empera Seijin can simply whack beams like Ultraman Hikari's Hikari Shot with his hand without damaging himself.

Beam Defense- Cloak Empera Seijin's cloak can neutralize even the most powerful of beams, even the combined power of Ultraman Hikari's Hikari shot and Ultraman Meius' Mebium beam.

Armor Empera Seijin has armor so thick he can withstand specium missiles without any damage and can even hold both Zamshaa's blade and Hikari's blade with his hand without injury.

Mind Control Using their fear, Empera Seijin can mind-control monsters. He can also withstand Psychoknio Seijin psychic powers with it.

Destructive Landing Just by landing, Empera Seijin can cause massive damage to cities and buildings.

Flame Manipulation Empera Seijin can put out flames with a wave of his arm. How he does it is not known.

Fireball Empera Seijin can travel in space and at high speeds in a crimson fireball.

Before "Ultraman Mebius"

Before the vents of Ultraman Mebius, Empera Seijin led an army of monsters to take over Nebula M78, the home of the Ultras, and temporarily succeeded in doing so. However, the Ultras soon fought back, and destroyed many of his legions, like Yapool, and managed to overthrow the monsters. Infuriated, Empera Seijin dueled with Ultra Father, and the battle ended in a tie.

"Ultraman Mebius"- Episodes 1-47

The second war began when Bogar began reviving many monsters in the ultra graveyard, like Twin tail. Following Bogar's destruction at the hands of Ultraman Hikari and Ultraman Mebius, other Bogars, known as lesser bogars, opened an Utra Zone. With the Ultra Zone opened, Empera Seijin revived one of his top warriors, Yapool (from "ace"), to join another two generals, Grozam and Deathrem, along with a survivor from the original Ultrman series, Mephilas Seijin. He also created a gigantic, artificially intelligent robot, Imperializer.

However, the Imperializer was felled by Ultraman Taroh and Ultraman Mebius. Eventually, even the might of Yapool was no match for Ultraman Mebius, and Deathrem and Grozam soon fell with him. Mephilas, realizing that he could not rule Earth, retreated to space, but Empera Seijin destroyed him with a dark beam, setting the stage for the final battle.

The Advent of the Emperor

Empera Seijin began his world domination plan by slowly, but surely encasing the sun in rock. He also summoned a group of Imperializers to Earth. At first, Ultraman Mebius was losing the battle against Imperializer, but people began cheering him on, and Ultraman Mebius destroyed the Imperalizer with the same attack he used to destroy Mebius Killer- the Mebium Dynamite.

Later, two more Imperializers appeared to wreak havoc, this time to destroy the GUYS base. GUYS managed to destroy one of the Imperializers, but was unable to destroy the second. Just as Imperializer was about to destroy the GUYS base, a blade slit him clean into half. It was the blade of Zamshaa, who shortly after destroyed Imperializer. Shortly after, Fanton Seijin and Psychoknio Seijin appeared as well.

With his army destroyed, Empera Seijin decided to take over the Earth personally. The monster destroyed much of Tokyo and encasing the Earth in darkness. Zamshaa tried to impale Empera Seijin with his blade, but was badly injured by a shock wave. Psychoknio Seijin tried to defeat Empera Seijin with her Psychic abilities, but Empera Seijin easily withstood them. Empera Seijin then proceeded to assault Zamshaa with his shock waves.

Just then, Ultraman Hikari arrived to destroy Empera Seijin, but was blasted to the ground next to Zamshaa. The 2 rivals decided to work together to destroy Empera Seijin, and Ryu began striking Empera Seijin with Specium Missiles, but they did not harm him. Zamshaa and Hikari then charged forwards, but Empera held both their blades with his right hand. Then, he continued assaulting them with his shock waves.

Following his assault on Zamshaa and Hikari, Empera turned his attention to the GUYS base, and decided to destroy it. He fired a shock wave- but Zamshaa sacrificed himself and took the hit, and died. Enraged, Ultraman Hikari grabbed Zamshaa's blade and actually managed to cause a scar on Empera Seijin's side. Ryu, in the Gun Speeder, then charged towards Empera Seijin, but the Gun Speeder was destroyed by a single hit of Empera's shock wave. GUYS thought Ryu was dead, but in fact, Ultraman Hikari had saved him and taken him as his human host. Hikari then unleashed his Hikari blade, but was unable to even hit Empera, as the alien blasted him back with shock waves. At that critical moment, Mirai transformed into Ultraman Mebius. Hikari and Mebius combined their Hikari shot and Mebium beam, but Empera Seijin simply neutralized the new beam with his cloak.

Empera decided to become offensive, and struck Hikari with a shock wave, knocking him to the ground. Emepra Seijin then struck Mebius with his signature move, the dark beam, and successfully destroyed Mebius. All seemed lost, but little did Empera Seijin know that killing Mebius was the beginning of his end.

Death

I didn't lose to the ultra family.

Meanwhile, in space, the Ultra brothers (Ultraman, Ultraman Jack, Ultraseven, Ultraman ace and the other Showa Ultramen) were at work, destroying the sun's rock casing with their signature beams. They also telepathically communicated with the GUYS team members.

Meanwhile, Zoffy inspired Hikari to merge with Mebius, so as to allow Mirai to be revived. A spiritual Mirai merged with Ryu, and gave Ultraman Mebius a new form, the Phoenix Brave Mode! Empera Seijin fired a dark beam at Mebius' new form, but it simply deflected back at the Space invader. At that moment, GUYS' latest invention, the amplifier, descended from the skies.

Mebius fired a Mebium-Knight shot through the amplifier, severely wounding Empera Seijin. However, the alien was still alive, even as scale after scale was ripped from his body. Meanwhile Zoffy took the captain of GUYS, Sakomizu as his host. Sakomizu swiftly transformed into Zoffy and joined the battle, and fired an M87 beam through the amplifier, and linked it with Mebius'. When Empera was not destroyed, Mebius performed a final skill- he charged towards Empera Seijin in a fireball, destroying the amplifier in the process, and did the Mebium-Knight Dynamite! Empera Seijin was mortally wounded by the attack.

Before his death, Empera Seijin repented, and slowly transformed into light before dissipating away.
