August 24 ,2001 : A Bombardier Learjet 25 flyingIthaca -Jackson crashed about a 1/2 mile after takeoff from Runway 32 in Ithaca. Both pilots on board were killed. The cause of the crash was spatial disorientation on the part of the pilot.

*September 19 2003 : Flight 982, a Bombardier Learjet 25 flyingEl Paso -Del Rio overran the runway end while landing, crossing Johnson Street and crashing into the Masonic cemetery. Of the 2 pilots on board, 1 died and the other sustained serious injuries. The cause of the crash was the pilot's misjudging distance and speed prior to touchdown.

*January 9 ,2007 : Flight 878, a Bombardier Learjet 24 was flying Laredo-Guadalajara when it crashed while on approach about 18.8 miles E of Guadalajara. Both pilots on board were killed. The crash is still being investigated.
