The 60-year-old Jiangxi Agricultural University (JXAU) is located in the northern suburbs of Nanchang City (25-minute bus ride from the downtown area, or 15 min by car from the airport). Nanchang is the capital city of Jiangxi Province. JXAU is a key province-run university and is one of the first universities in China to confer Bachelor's and Master's degrees.Campus beautiful environment, scenery and pleasant.

History

Jiangxi Agricultural University back in October 1940 founded the National Chung Cheng University College of Agriculture, 1949 changed its name to Nanchang University College of Agriculture, in its 1952 form on the basis of Jiangxi Agricultural College. Established in 1958 in Jiangxi University of communist labor school. Jiangxi Agricultural College in 1969 and communist labor Jiangxi University School of the merger. November 1980 changed its name to Jiangxi Agricultural University.
