His paternal grandparents are King Constantine II of Greece and Queen Anne-Marie, born a Princess of Denmark. His maternal grandparents are Robert and Chantal Miller. Prince Aristidis Stavros has an older sister, Princess Maria-Olympia, as well as three older brothers, Prince Constantine Alexios, Prince Achileas-Andreas and Prince Odysseas-Kimon.

He will likely be christened, like his siblings, several months after his birth, in a Greek Orthodox ceremony.
