Serhiy Polytilo (born 9 January 1989 in Novovolynsk, Volyn Oblast, Ukrainian SSR, Soviet Union) is a professional Ukrainian football midfielder who played for Chornomorets Reserves in the Ukrainian Premier League. In November 2006, he was promoted from Chornomorets Reserves to Chornomorets.
