'1111 Pennsylvania Avenue is a high-rise skyscraper located in Washington, D.C., United States. It's construction was completed in 1968. The architect of the skyscraper was STUDIOS Architects, who designed the postmodern architectural style of the skyscraper. The skyscraper rises to convert|55|m, containing 14 floors, with 4 basement floors. Renovation to the building was designed by Shalom Baranes Associates, who designed the addition of 14 storeys to the skyscraper. With the addition of the 14 floors expanded the total floor area to 00,969 m². The skyscraper is managed by Shorenstein Company, LP.
