"Australian Dairy Foods" is the trade magazine of the post-farmgate dairy industry in Australia, and is published bi-monthly by the Dairy Industry Association of Australia. It covers such topics as news, company profiles, conferences, new technology, equipment and services, environmental issues, and training and education.

History

The magazine was first published in 1942 under the name "Butter Fat & Solids" by the Australian Institute of Dairy Factory Managers and Secretaries. In 1979, it was expanded and re-named "Australian Dairy Foods".
