Watten (gbmapping|ND242544) is a small village in
Caithness , in the Highland area ofScotland , on the mainroad (A882-A9) between thecounty town of Wick and theburgh ofThurso , about twelvekilometres (eight miles) west of Wick and close toWick River and toLoch Watten . A military camp was built in Watten during
