Loh Gwo Burne (b. 26 February 1974 in London, England) is a Malaysian politician who first gained fame through the V.K. Lingam videotape.

Burne attended primary school at Sam Teck and secondary school in Poi Lam as well as ACS in Singapore. He has a degree in law from London and a master in law from China, though he has no intention to practice law.

Burne is said not to pre-write any of his speeches, preferring to keep his notes to a few words, as he believes speeches should come from the heart.
