Koliwada railway station

Koliwada is a typically a residential place with koli population.

Koliwada railway station or Guru Tegh Bahadur Nagar (G.T.B.N.) station is a stop on the harbour line of Mumbai's suburban railway network. It follows the Wadala station and is followed by the Chunabhatti station. The area around this station is also known as Guru Tegh Bahadur Nagar, has a majority Sikh population and many dhabas or eateries as well as automobile repair workshops. The area is also famous for its tandoori chicken,prawns.

Although King's Circle and Koliwada stations are located on the harbour line, the two stations are on different routes splitting (logically) at Wadala. The physical split occurs some distance from Wadala at the Raoli junction.
