Jim Fleeting (born 8 April 1955 in Glasgow) is a former Scottish footballer and manager.

Fleeting began his career with Norwich City, making only 1 appearance before joining Ayr United, where he stayed for 6 years. He went on to have play for Clyde and Greenock Morton, before joining Clyde again. He was Kilmarnock manager from 1989 to 1990.

Fleeting is the father of Scottish woman's international player Julie Fleeting.
