John Krause (born Framingham, Massachusetts in November 11, 1983) is an American soccer player, who currently plays defender for the Puerto Rico Islanders of the USL First Division.

Krause played college soccer for both Boston College and Vanderbilt University, and for Worcester Kings in the USL Premier Development League prior to joining the Islanders.
