Stan Shaffer

Stan Shaffer (born 1944) is a contemporary American fashion photographer.

He has shot for "Vogue" [1] , "Interview", Bloomingdale's, and Victoria's Secret [2] . Celebrity subjects have famously included David Kennedy, Halston, Mariel Hemmingway, and Andy Warhol. Other subjects have included actresses and models, such as Carla Bruni, Janice Dickinson [3] , Patti Hansen, Jerry Hall, Uma Thurman, and Rachel Ward and performers such as Louise Robey, Pete Townsend, and John Phillips with Geneviève Waïte. As a film maker, his short films have won awards internationally [4] . Travelling the world, Shaffer continues to work in both New York and Paris.
