Lorenzo Fertitta

Lorenzo J. Fertitta (born 1969) is a wealthy businessman and entrepreneur. He is married with three children and resides in Las Vegas, NV. Fertitta obtained a Bachelor of Arts / Science from the University of San Diego in 1991 and a Master of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University in 1993.

Fertitta is co-founder and co-owner of Zuffa, LLC, which owns the UFC and the WEC, and also co-owner of PRIDE FC Worldwide Holdings, LLC. He is or has been a director or board member of Fertitta Enterprises, Inc., Station Casinos, Inc, and Travelscape.com. In 1997 he became President and Chief Executive Officer of Gordon Biersch Brewing Company. In July of 2001 he became President of Station Casinos, Inc. In July, 2008 Fertitta announced his resignation as President of Station Casinos, Inc. to work full time on the expansion of the UFC.

In 2007 Fertitta ranked tied for 380th on the Forbes 400 list of the wealthiest 400 Americans published by "Forbes Magazine" with a net worth of $1.3 Billion.
