Stokes, North Carolina

Stokes or Carolina is an unincorporated community in Pitt County, North Carolina, United States. The community is a part of the Greenville Metropolitan Area in North Carolina's Inner Banks region.

Education

Stokes' local school is Stokes Elementary School, serving grades pre-K through 8th; North Pitt High School serves older students.

Utilities

Stokes Regional Water Company serves local water needs; Congelton and Stokes Gas are the local natural gas suppliers; Embarq is the local telephone and ADSL company; and GUC provides electricity.
