Savas Iliadis ( _el. Σάββας Ηλιάδης) (born November 6th, 1979, in Greece) is a Greek professional basketball player. He currently plays with Aris Thessaloniki of the Greek League and the ULEB Cup. He plays the shooting guard position.

He is also an Aris fan.
