Elliott Jordan (born 22 April, 1983 in England, U.K), is an English actor who has appeared in Film, Theatre and Television. Following a successful time with the National Youth Theatre, Jordan went on to work on a number of UK film projects. He currently plays Callum Monks in the BBC soap opera "EastEnders".

Acting career

Elliott was born on the 22 of April 1983. He started acting at The Sylvia Theatre School then he joined the National Youth Theatre. He started acting at the age of 17.

Additionally, Jordan has appeared in television programs such as Benidorm, Holby Blue, Waking the Dead, The Bill, Murphy's Law and London's Burning.

During 2005, Elliot took the lead role in New Town Films first full feature length production, New Town Original. The film premiered at the U.C.I. Basildon on 11 April, a Gala screening at the U.C.I. Norwich on the 13th, and a special London screening at the Prince Charles cinema on the 14thN.T.O. opened to the public on 15 April at Basildon, Thurruck, Norwich (U.C.I) Southend, Colchester, Chelmsford (Odeon), Romford and Braintree (Cineworld). The film played for several weeks and received national and local T.V., radio and press coverage.N.T.O received european acclaim in the Variety critic's Choice: Europe Now awards, where it was the only British film present.

Elliott also appeared in Lily Allen's music video "Smile". He played her boyfriend who cheated on her.

"EastEnders"

On 26 June 2008, it was revealed that Elliot will be joining the famous BBC soap opera "EastEnders", as Vinnie Monks' long lost son, Callum. Elliott said of joining the show: "I'm thrilled and really excited to be joining "EastEnders". Callum is a great part to play and I can't wait for him to make his mark in Walford." Executive Producer Diederick Santer added: "Callum - played by the very talented and striking Elliott Jordan - will bring a breath of fresh air to Walford. Elliott also appeared in the BBC soap in 2005 playing Gavin, a friend of Leo Taylor (Philip Dowling) who supplied him with drugs to sell.
