London Buses route 62 is a Transport for London contracted bus route in London, United Kingdom. The service is currently contracted to East London.

History

The route once ran to Collier Row but was withdrawn between there and Marks Gate on 23 November 1991, The route also transferred from Ensignbus, with their blue and silver buses to East London using Titans. The route was converted to single deck in March 1993, using Dennis Dart Wright Handybus single deck buses.

A new contract in 2001 saw the introduction of low floor Dennis Dart SLF Alexander ALX200s, in Stagecoach London livery.
