Snob Scrilla is a cross-over hip hop/indie rock artist originally from the bay area of San Francisco, but now living in Sydney, Australia.

Snob Scrilla is an MC originally hailing from northern California who has resided in Sydney for the last few years. After working on his first EP "The Day Before" he attracted the attention of national Australian radio station Triple J with his first single "There You Go Again" which was soon added to their play list on high rotation. This exposure then spawned interest from several local record labels. After speaking with several labels, Snob Scrilla decided to sign with Ivy League Records and join a roster including Youth Group, The Vines and Josh Pyke in April 2008.

Snob Scrilla has collaborated with some notable figures in the international music community. One of the major influences has been [http://www.myspace.com/audius Audius Mtawarira] who is well know for co-writing the multi-million selling song "Born To Try" with Delta Goodrem as well as producing and writing with artists such as Ricki Lee Coulter.

One of Snob Scrilla's tracks appearing on "The Day Before", entitled "Mr Officer", sees a guest appearance from bay area rapper Del Tha Funkee Homosapien who is well known for his involvement with The Gorillaz and also the project Deltron 3030 which featured Del along with Dan the Automator and Kid Koala.

Snob Scrilla is due to release "The Day Before" in July 2008.
