Guy Lapébie (Saint-Géours-de-Marenne, 28 November 1916) is a French former professional road bicycle racer. Guy Lapébie is the younger brother of Tour de France winner Roger Lapébie. In the 1936 Olympics, Lapébie won two golden medals and one silver medal.
