The National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDCC) (Filipino: "Pambansang Tanggapan para sa Pagtugon ng Sakuna") ("PTPS") is an agency of the Philippine government under the Department of National Defense, responsible for ensuring the protection and welfare of the people during disasters or emergencies.
