Ştefan Petcu

Ştefan Petcu is a Romanian footballer. Most of his career played for Farul Constanta. He also played for Steaua Bucharest, favorite team of Ceausescu, and was part of their European Cup victory in 1986 but after that, the communists from Steaua humiliate him and he had to turn at his really team: Farul Constanta.

On 25 March 2008 he was decorated by the president of România, Traian Băsescu, ex-communist, with Ordinul "Meritul Sportiv" — (The Order "The Sportive Merit") class II for his part in winning the of 1986 European Cup Final.
