Alberto Herreros

Alberto Herreros (height 1.98), born in 1969, is a retired Spanish professional basketball player and is considered as one of the best European players. He has played for CB Estudiantes and Real Madrid Baloncesto. He was the 1998 FIBA World Championship's top scorer. In EuroBasket 1999, Herreros became again the top scorer of the tournament and reached, along with the Spanish team, the final. In 2005, he made a three-point shot in the last seconds of the final of ACB against Tau Vitoria, that gave the win and the championship to Real Madrid Baloncesto.
