Jeremy Szafron

Jeremy Szafron born April 13th is a Canadian television personality on Entertainment Spotlight on CTV Montreal. He is currently the fashion host. In high school, Jeremy was the station manager and host of a student run Radio/TV Station in Calgary, Alberta. During a summer in High School, Jeremy decided to take off with a friend to tour around Europe. Having fallen in love with discovering new places, he knew he had the “travel bug” and decided Asia was next on his list. After graduating high school, Jeremy travelled Asia for almost a year, during which time he worked as a fashion model!

Since the time Jeremy could talk he has always wanted to become a television personality. As a child, when he was asked what he wanted to do when he grew up, he firmly replied, “I am GOING to be on television.” When Jeremy received his first TV he would watch programs on mute, with the captioning running, pretending he was reading a teleprompter. In June 2008 Jeremy graduated with an On Air Television Diploma from the Montreal Radio and TV School. Upon graduating, Jeremy graciously accepted an offer to work with Mose Persico and the team on Entertainment Spotlight, marking the start to his dream of working in the media business.
