Roman Rybarski

Roman Rybarski

Roman Franciszek Rybarski (b. July 3, 1887 in Zator - March 6, 1942 in Auschwitz) was a Polish historian, economist and politician. He was one of the best economists connected with the right-wing National Democracy political camp. [Wapiński 1980, 259.]

Rybarski was professor at the Jagiellonian University from 1917 until 1920, from 1921 until 1923 at the Warsaw University of Technology and from 1924 at the Warsaw University. From 1928 until 1935 he was member of the Sejm.

During the Second World War he was murdered in the Nazi German Auschwitz concentration camp.
