Helpline Telecoms (Nig.) Ltd is a Nigerian company that is actively involved in the telecoms downstream sector of the economy. The company was incorporated in Nigeria as a limited liability company on 14 May 2003.

The principal line of business is the sales and effective distribution of telephone (GSM & CDMA) air-time, sim cards and fixed wireless phones. A major distributor to the all the GSM companies and major CDMA networks, the company has grown in the 5 years of existence from a branch with 3 staff to the present 20 branches and a staff strength of over 120. Helpline is now regarded as one of the leaders in her sector with several awards from Telecom operators in Nigeria over the past four years attesting to this fact. In February 2007, Helpline launched an automated platform, "Recharge Point", which she used to target the pre-paid telephone billing system users that constitute more than 90% of the total phone subscriber base in Nigeria. The participating vendors includes hotels, supermarkets, cybercafes and eateries across the nation. The company entered into partnership with E-Time Systems Inc., US [http://www.etimesystem.com/] in 2008 to launch a new platform (HELPLINE e-SERVICES) that will incorporate Recharge Point with Express Bill Payment This new system is scheduled for deployment in July 2008.
