DialAGeek is a Managed Service Provider based in Rockville, Maryland. The company was originally founded in 2006 by Adam Gross and Mark Levin. The company now operates a call center of around 20-30 computer repair technicians and can outsource to approximately 11,000 other technicians.[1][2]
DialAGeek uses remote control software, phone support, or on-site visits to maintain and support its clients. The company also uses PCAssurance to optimize computer performance and do routine maintenance for its clients.
In late 2007, DialAGeek came under WashingtonVC, a venture capitalist company that also invested in many online technology companies including software.com and SEO.com. [3]
