The shell is large and thin, with rounded whorls and distant weak varices. The spire is tall, and the
siphonal canal is short and recurved. The aperture has a single parietaltubercle .Coloration is whitish, with the spiral cords pale brown, and the whole surface is covered by a thick yellowish-olive
