Animal hood

Animal hood

An animal hood is a hood designed to give the wearer the features of an animal, often a dog or a pig. Animal hoods are often used as part of an animal transformation fantasy, yiff, and human animal roleplay -- all of which to add realism and to act as a restraint, forcing the person to stay in role. Enforcement

Animal hooding can be frustrating for the transformed person. The wearer may be tempted to remove the mask. In cases where this is prohibited, complex locking systems, collars often made of steel, rotary locks and independently locking zippers that can conceal and hide the lock from access should be used. Then every so often, attempts at escape should be allowed even if these attempts are without the Handler's knowledge to reinforce the notion that they are what they look like and the change is beyond their ability to control. Mentally this can also help ease the frustration.

Mind Control

Release should be restricted as much as possible. Illness and other necessities, family and so forth that wouldn't understand might be reasons for release. But the job of a Handler is to change the mind of the animal, to make them believe they are what they see. This is a form of mind control and must be entered into mutually. It should be understood by the animal that the intention is to change the nature of what he or she is and make it unbearable to be anything but the animal he or she has been changed into. and that personal peace can be found only as he or she is.

Daily activities, training to be what the former person is being shaped to be is very important, eating, doing whatever is legally allowed with the handler/Master including outings, and showering in their form, permanently in that form for as long as possible is necessary to. Animal hooding is some of the most extreme bondage play and REQUIRES the captive (pet) see themselves as the owner see them, a dog, horse, cat or whatever other animal that might be. Deviation from that mind set should never be allowed. It is important to mention that both parties must be willing to support this method of mind and body control. This is not imprisonment or to be used as torture, but as a lifestyle choice but once made, it’s permanent in it effects in the mind and in the captive pet’s identity.
