Interstate Highway in theU.S. state ofVirginia . It runs from Interstate 264 in Norfolk, between theDowntown Tunnel and Berkley Bridge, south to Interstate 64, U.S. Route 17 (formerly State Route 104), and State Route 168 in Chesapeake. At its south end, traffic can use either SR 168 or US 17 toNorth Carolina - SR 168 towards theOuter Banks and US 17 towards the Coastal Plain.
