Magsaysay (Linugos) is a 4th class municipality in the province of Misamis Oriental, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 24,550 people in 4,690 households.
Magsaysay was formerly known as Linugas. It acquired its modern name in 1957.[1]
