Thomas Valone is a American physicist, inventor, author. Currently, he is the Director of the Integrity Research Institute [ [http://www.integrityresearchinstitute.org/ Integrity Research Institute ] ] . Initially, he studied Physics at the State University of NY at Buffalo, where he received two Bachelor degrees; B.S. Physics and B.S. in Electrical Engineering. Secondly he pursued a Masters degree, after which he joined the Kennedy-Western University where he received a PhD in General Engineering. He invented several high-tech instruments, for example: PREMIER machine (Photonic Rejuvenation Energizing Machine & Immunizing Electrification Radiator), Dental Vapor Ionizer, Powerline gaussmeter, static field gaussmeter, ELF
