Begum Bazar is the biggest commercial markets in Hyderabad, India. It is very old market established during the time of Qutb Shahi rule.

It is major market of Hyderabad for gold, silver, commodities, household items etc. It is busy commercial area since retailers from all over the state come over here to buy things.

The historic Osmania General Hospital is also here.
