Kenneth Chen

Kenneth Chen Wei-on (Chinese: 陳維安) is one of the undersecretaries appointed by the Government of Hong Kong in 2008.

Education

Chen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Career
