Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority

Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority, or LAMATA, is the state transit system of Lagos State. The current Managing Director is Dr. Dayo Mobereola.

The most recent project of LAMATA is the Lagos Bus Rapid Transit System, which is the first Bus rapid transit of its scale in Nigeria's transportation history.
