Albert Anstey is a former Canadian darts player.

Anstey won the Canada National Championship in 1989, beating Bob Sinnaeve in the final. He also played in the Winmau World Masters the same year, losing in the first round to Alan Warriner. He played in the 1990 BDO World Darts Championship, losing in the first round to former World Champion John Lowe. He returned to the Lakeside a year later, again losing in the first round, this time to Kevin Kenny. He failed to qualify for the 1992 World Championship, but did so in 1993, beating the USA's Sean Downs in the first round, but lost in the second round to Australian Wayne Weening.
