Talvar

The "Talvar" was an Indian Nationalist periodical published from Berlin.Harvnb|Yadav|2002|p=23] The publication was established in Paris with funds from Madam Cama and in 1909, its editorial responsibillities were taken over by Virendranath ChattopadhyayaHarvnb|Yadav|1992|p=26] and was aimed at inciting nationalist unrest in India and sought to sway the loyalty of the Sepoy of the British Indian Army. Similar to the Bande Mataram that was published from Paris at the time by the Paris Indian Society, it continued the message of The Indian Sociologist that had earlier been published from london.Harvnb|Chirol|2000|p=149]
