Hanako , Princess Hitachi (jp :常陸宮正仁親王妃華子, "Hitachi no miya Masahito shinnō-hi Hanako"), née Hanako Tsugaru (津軽華子 "Tsugaru Hanako"), was born on19 July 1940 . She is the fourth daughter ofTsugaru Yoshitaka .Tsugaru studied and graduated from the
Gakushuin Women's Junior College in 1961. She met and marriedHIH Prince Hitachi , the second son of HIM the Shōwa Emperor, on30 September 1964 .
