Sharana Basaveshwara Temple is a shrine situated at
Kalburgi (Gulbarga), an ancient town situated to the north-eastern part of Karnataka. A chariot festival,Jatra is held every year in honor of Sharana Basaveshwara which attracts huge crowds.
