Even though she was mentioned multiple times during the run of the series, as the first wife of a wealthy businessman C.C. Capwell, Pamela returned to Santa Barbara yet in 1987. In the past, Pamela was thrown out of the mansion after giving birth to Mason, and she sought comfort in the arms of Alex Nikolas, to whom Pamela left her child named Elena, C.C.'s daughter that he never knew about. Pamela spent a few years in England where she fell in love with Michael Conrad, and gave birth to Jeffrey, their son. When her husband died, Pamela decided to return to Santa Barbara but she decided to remain unseen in town, because she was suffering from a disfiguring desease, but a potion made by her friend Alex Nikolas helped cure her. In full health, Pamela decided to steal C.C. from his wife Sophia, and Sophia fought back. Pamela also learned her son Jeffrey was dating Kelly Capwell, and she hired a man to break them up. Pamela continued plotting against the family, blaming C.C. for the death of Hal Clark, but it was later revealed by Scott Clark, who had undertaken hynopsis, that Pamela actually murdered Hal. Fearing that she might be locked up, Pamela tried to kill Kelly, but didn't succeed. She was taken in by the police. In 1991, Pamela returned to town cured of her madness, but she couldn't stand the Capwell family, and was once again sent to the asylum. [ [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VWrdQpSaWqA Family dinner] ]
