Ramstad Station ( _no. Ramstad holdeplass) was a railway station on Drammensbanen in Norway from 1931 to 1973.

It was opened in 1931. It served the neighborhood Ramstad between Høvik and Blommenholm, mainly a residential area. With Ramstad Station located 10.4 km from Oslo V, both Høvik and Blommenholm Station was located less than one kilometre away. Hence, Ramstad Station was discontinued in 1973.
