This is a Cambodian name; the family name is Mey. According to Cambodian custom, this person properly should be referred to by the given name Norn.

Mey Norn is a Cambodian politician. He belongs to the Cambodian People's Party and was elected to represent Pursat Province in the National Assembly of Cambodia in 2003.[1]
